About the Role
We are looking for Bug Reporters who can help us catch issues before public launch. This role is simple but important: test the product, find problems, and explain them clearly so the team can fix them faster. Strong bug reports save time because they show exactly what happened, what was expected, and how the issue can be repeated.
Responsibilities
- Find bugs across Holvia Harvest, website pages, and user flows.
- Write clear bug reports with steps to reproduce.
- Attach screenshots, screen recordings, device details, or browser details when useful.
- Avoid duplicate reports by checking known issues when possible.
- Retest issues after fixes when requested.
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to explain what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it.
- Patience to test the same flow multiple times.
- Basic understanding of browsers and web apps.
- Testing experience is helpful but not required.
